Why do we need to use a processing additive for extrusion of the film?
Answer
Most manufacturers of polymer films are facing such problems in processing of polymers:
- Quick wear of the screw pair;
- The variable thickness film;
- Insufficient homogenization of the dyes and fillers;
- The formation of stagnant zones in the filter area, where the accumulated heavier particles;
- The formation of carbon deposits that reduce the physical volume of the cylinder, resulting in reduced equipment performance.
