The dye type is applied depending on the purpose of the film and the requirements to its characteristics.
“POLYMEL INC” offers a full range of white colors with different percentage of colorant.
The most common variation of staining of the film in white color is a combination of chalk and dye additives in different proportions depending on the requirements for colour and film performance.
Film HDPE you can paint using only chalk additive Polymel ME-80.
If the production of the film you are using more than 20% of chalk additive and white film does not suit you, we offer you additionally use a white dye on the Lithopone. Simply enter 1.5 and 1.7% of the dye for obtaining a good result. And given the fact that the dye on the Lithopone is much cheaper than the white dye on the titanium dioxide, the cost of film is insignificant.
