Using Masterbatch Polymel MP-80 in strapping tape production

Strapping tape is one of the most popular packing materials. It is quickly displaced metallic tapes. Thanks to packing processability using of strapping tape is available at automated lines. All this was assessed by manufacturer of furniture, sawn timber, building materials and others.

Strapping tapes production 

During strapping tape production CaCO3 Masterbatch is used like heat stabiliser.CaCO3 is equally distributed on the line providing heat from PP regularly it dispose shrinkage and buckling. Besides this Masterbatch is increased materials indexes during break test. This is the main characteristic for strapping tape. 

In production of packing tape the main polymer is PP ( polypropylene), also sometimes manufacturers use Polyester.
