Very often unstrait in the form is because of injection molding due to low Melt Flow Index (MFR) of the used polymer, and therefore sometimes manufacturers of plastic products there is a need to increase AV used polypropylene. Often this is due to the guaranteed prelevement products in production, without the use of specialized (more expensive) grades of polymer. We offer two basic options of raising the AV
If Your aim is to increase AV for 5 to 8 units, then You fit a modifier of turnover of the company TTC “EURASIA”. Another option to increase AV is to use the heat stabilizer on the phenolic substances of the group. When using it the temperature is raised barrier polypropylene 10-15 degrees, thus increasing the fluidity of the melt. The use of a heat stabilizer is especially justified in cases where the melt for a long time inside the extruder.
