Very often unstrait in the form is because of injection molding due to low Melt Flow Index (MFR) of the used polymer, and therefore sometimes manufacturers of plastic products there is a need to increase AV used polypropylene. Often this is due to the guaranteed prelevement products in production, without the use of specialized (more expensive) grades of polymer. To offer you the best option, you need to know what value You need to increase the PTR, what are the conditions of production, the original grade of the polymer, temperature regimes, etc.

If Your aim is to increase AV for 5 to 8 units, then You fit a modifier of turnover of the company TTC “EURASIA”. Its main feature is that it has a PTR is much higher than 3 g/10min. and when it is introduced into the composition of the polymer significantly increases the overall fluidity of the melt. To find the optimal percentage of modifier, You will achieve the desired rate of PTR. The uniqueness of the fluidity modifier is that increasing the fluidity of the melt, in the future, the finished product retains its rigidity and does not become excessively plastic.

Another option to increase AV is to use the heat stabilizer on the phenolic substances of the group. When using it the temperature is raised barrier polypropylene 10-15 degrees, thus increasing the fluidity of the melt. The use of a heat stabilizer is especially justified in cases where the melt for a long time inside the extruder.
